Field App

Book in from the scaffold,
not the spreadsheet.

Whether you're an owner running three jobs and doing your own booking in, or a firm with a foreman on every site — the field app puts your payment matrix in your pocket.

The Old WayPrint the payment matrix. Highlight the stages. Stuff it in the van. Scribble on it between jobs — if you remember to bring it. By the time you're back at the desk half the highlights have smudged and you can't remember whether Plot 12 was first fix or second. Bigger firm? Hand the sheet to the foreman. Ring him later. He doesn't answer. He's on site.
The SubbyWise WayOpen the app on your phone. Every plot, every stage, colour-coded so you can see exactly what's been claimed. Tap what's complete, add a comment if needed, hit submit. Whether it's you between site visits or your foreman at 7am before the brickies arrive — same simple flow, and it's in the office before you've started the van.
How It Works

Five things it does well.

1

Your matrix, on site

A live, colour-coded view of your payment matrix on your phone. Green is 100% claimed, amber is partly claimed, grey is not claimed yet. Whether you're the owner checking progress between jobs or a supervisor on the deck, you always know where things stand.

2

Tap to book in

Tap stages complete at 25, 50, 75 or 100%, and add a comment per stage if something needs flagging. Nobody can mark below what's already been claimed — your numbers only ever move forward.

3

Works with no signal

Installs as an app on Android or iPhone. In a concrete basement or a field with one bar, the whole booking flow still works — assessments queue on the phone and sync the moment signal comes back. Nothing is lost.

4

Knows your payment period

Monthly job? It suggests the month. Fortnightly? It offers 1st–15th or 16th–31st. No fiddling with date pickers unless you actually want a custom range.

5

Straight into your application

The moment a booking syncs it's ready to review in the office. Book in at one site, drive to the next, book in there — it all feeds your applications. No retyping, no forgotten stages.

Your foreman sees the work. Not the money.

Field users get their own login, separate from yours, and you choose which projects each one can see. They assess and submit — that's it.

Working solo? Then it's just you and your phone, and it's simpler still — no extra logins to set up, no permissions to think about.
